Product Description
The CGH Nick Translation Kit is used to label DNA (that is isolated for CGH) with either SpectrumGreen^TM or SpectrumRed™ fluorophore.

Kit components in the CGH Nick Translation Kit include:

Two positive controls

   — Unlabeled DNA (3 ìg) extracted from the MPE-600 cell line
   — SpectrumGreen labeled MPE-600 DNA (1.5 ìg)
   — Nick translation enzyme mix (525 ìL)

10X Nick translation buffer (300 ìL)

dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP solutions (200 ìL each)

Nuclease-free water (1500 ìL)
