The Nick Translation Kit is designed for fluorescence labeling of DNA using Vysis® fluorophore-labeled dUTPs.

The Nick Translation Kit includes:

Nick translation enzyme mix (525 µL)

10x nick translation buffer (300 µL)

dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP solutions (200 µL each)

Nuclease-free water (1500 µL)

Protocol for nick translation labeling for Vysis Spectrum dUTP
