The Nick Translation Kit is designed for fluorescence labelling of DNA using Vysis fluorophore-labeled dUTPs.
The Nick Translation Kit includes:
- Nick translation enzyme mix (525 µL)
- 10x nick translation buffer (300 µL)
- dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP solutions (200 µL each)
- Nuclease-free water (1500 µL)
- Protocol for nick translation labeling for Vysis Spectrum dUTP
