The Paraffin Pretreatment Reagent Kit II consists of ready-to-use reagents to consistently prepare a paraffin section for FISH. The kit reagents increase the accessibility of target DNA in paraffin-embedded sections for FISH. The Paraffin Pretreatment Reagent Kit II provides a more aggressive method of pretreatment for optimum performance. If used as directed, the Paraffin Pretreatment Reagent Kit II yields an 8-fold increase in enzymatic concentration over the current Paraffin Pretreatment Reagent Kit (32-801200).
