Product Description
Reagents for pretreating cytologic samples prior to FISH. These are the necessary reagents for the recommended pretreatment of cytologic samples.
Storage Conditions:
All components contained in the Paraffin Pretreatment Reagent Kit may be stored at 2 to 25°C except Protease, which must be stored at -20°C upon arrival.
The kit contains:
- Protease (3 x 25 mg)
- Protease Buffer (3 x 50 mL)
- Wash Buffer (2 x 250 mL)
- 2M MgCl 2 (3 x 0.5 mL)
- 20X SSC (1 x 66 g)
